A strategic communications firm hosted an unforgettable event for its employees on a downtown DC rooftop, kicking off the spring season in style. A decadent grazing board of cheese & charcuterie set the tone for an evening of indulgence. What truly made this event special was the custom Oyster Bar, where guests witnessed fresh Maine and Virginia oysters being shucked on site by our skilled chefs, then adorned with delightful toppings. It was a one-of-a-kind experience that left a lasting impression on everyone present. 


Guests also savored delicious, passed appetizers prepared by our talented team. From Mini Baked Potatoes with creme fraiche to Hearts of Palm Ceviche cups, Spring Pea Farm Bread, and Flank Steak Tacos, each bite was a burst of flavor. Laughter and conversation filled the air as colleagues celebrated together, marking the beginning of warmer days ahead.
